My wife's birthday is the 23rd of December. My birthday is the 23rd of January. This year we decided to celebrate both birthdays together by getting away to the beach the weekend of the 16-18th. Our daughter, Jamieko, picked a wonderful place for us in Pismo Beach (the Sea Venture Resort)and paid for it! Her sister, Kim, paid for all of our food. Are we spoiled or what? The Sea Venture Resort is right on the beach, very private patios with spa and fabulous food. While vacationing I experienced some profound insights, which I will share over the next few weeks.
Jamieko flew off to Thailand on Wednesday (the 21st) to vacation with a girlfriend for two weeks.Her only concern was an eight hour layover in Seoul, Korea. What to do? What to do? Then she found out about the FREE tour of the city which just happened to be at the same time as her layover. Is she lucky or what?
